5 years in
Today is The Thang’s five year anniversary. An awful lot has been discussed around these parts in five years. What do you think the odds are that we’ll still be going in another five years? (I think they are pretty high…) Happy new (blogging) year everyone.
Only 5 years?! I feel like I’ve read 10 years worth of top-notch writing on this blog, and yet I know that I’ve missed half of it (and understood only half of what I did read!).

That’s funny, I still feel like a newb, but I’ve been blogging here for 4 of the 5 years. Wow. Geoff, thanks for letting me blog here with you. I’m glad I’ve gotten to know so many people here over the last four years.

I still remember stumbling across NCT and reading the conversations between Geoff and Jeff G and just being blown away.
Back then I could understand at least half of what was being discussed, at least on a good day. Not so much now :-) But I still have a soft spot for NCT, and you brought on some great co-bloggers too. Happy anniversary to all, and here’s hoping for 5 more speculative years.
